Newborn Portrait Session

Baby Boy A was SO good for his newborn portrait session! He was born over a week past his due date, but you’d never know it the way he slept! I always try to get overdue babies in the studio as soon as possible. Often times that extra time in the womb equals a super alert baby! Not this guy. He slept for almost the whole 2 hours, only opening his eyes once for a quick feeding. His mom chose a blue & gray color palette which is a super popular choice for boys this year. I love how well these colors go together!

This session included parent/family photos at the end. I absolutely love capturing the connection between parents and their brand new baby. Now I know getting in front of the camera is probably the last thing you want to do after having a baby, but these memories are so special!
